Code § 3354.04","heading":"Certification of approved districts.","body":"Within thirty days after approval by the Ohio board of regents of a community college district proposed pursuant to section 3354.02 of the Revised Code, such board shall file with the secretary of state a copy of its certification or resolution creating the district.
