Code § 3375.39","heading":"Accounting by clerk - count and certificate.","body":"At the expiration of the term of a fiscal officer of a board of library trustees of a free public library or before such board approves the surety of any fiscal officer, such board shall require the fiscal officer to produce all money, bonds, or other securities in the fiscal officer's hands, which shall then be counted by the board or a committee of the board.
