Code § 3375.402","heading":"Establishment of museums.","body":"A library board may contract with a corporation not for profit organized to establish a museum for the use of the general public and located within the territory served by the library, to turn over to such corporation the museum physical assets of the library under such terms and conditions as the library board may deem proper.
