Code § 3701.141","heading":"Office of women's health initiatives.","body":"(A) There is hereby created in the department of health the women's health program,.\n(B) To the extent funds are available, the women's health program shall:\n(1) Identify, review, and assist the director in the coordination of programs and resources the department of health is committing to women's health concerns, including the department's women's and infants' program activities;\n(2) Advocate for women's health by requesting that the department conduct, sponsor, encourage, or fund research; establish additional programs regarding women's health concerns as needed; and monitor the research and program efforts;\n(3) Collect, classify, and store relevant research conducted by the department or other entities, and provide, unless otherwise prohibited by law, interested persons access to research results;\n(4) Apply for grant opportunities.","path":["Title 37 Health-Safety-Morals","Chapter 3701 Department of Health"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3701.141","current_through":"2003-06-26 (House Bill 95 - 125th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:34Z","sha256":"5f6ba57770e983f7f0ace4ddbed78ba5541baaef25cda7b840366a6fc943f581","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3701.14","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3701.142"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
