Code § 3701.60","heading":"Offer of uterine cytologic examination for cancer to every female in-patient.","body":"Every hospital agency, as defined in section 140.01 of the Revised Code, may offer a uterine cytologic examination for cancer to every female in-patient twenty-one years of age or over unless contrary orders are given by the attending physician or unless the examination has been performed within the preceding year. Any female in-patient may refuse the examination.
