Code § 3702.95","heading":"Gifts for implementation and administration of program.","body":"The director of health may accept gifts of money from any source for the implementation and administration of sections 3702.85 to 3702.92 of the Revised Code.\nThe director shall pay all gifts accepted under this section into the state treasury, to the credit of the dental health resource shortage area fund, which is hereby created, and all damages collected under division (C)(4) of section 3702.91 of the Revised Code, into the state treasury, to the credit of the dentist loan repayment fund, which is hereby created.\nThe director shall use the dental health resource shortage area and dentist loan repayment funds for the implementation and administration of sections 3702.85 to 3702.95 of the Revised Code.","path":["Title 37 Health-Safety-Morals","Chapter 3702 Health Care Facilities and Services"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3702.95","current_through":"2014-09-15 (House Bill 483 - 130th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:34Z","sha256":"5dde9a8651122f9be6933867c7b5ce0c7e775ec0c7daea2b5638d01bf88fbc28","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3702.94","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3702.96"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
