Code § 3709.241","heading":"Minor may give consent for diagnosis or treatment of venereal disease.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a minor may give consent for the diagnosis or treatment of any sexually transmitted infection by a licensed physician, certified nurse-midwife, clinical nurse specialist, or certified nurse practitioner. Such consent is not subject to disaffirmance because of minority. The consent of the parent, parents, or guardian of a minor is not required for such diagnosis or treatment.
