Code § 3731.031","heading":"Hotel or SRO facility license renewal.","body":"(A) On or before the first day of December of each year, the holder of a hotel or SRO license shall submit a renewal application as prescribed by the state fire marshal with the appropriate renewal fee.\n(B) The renewal fee for each hotel or SRO facility license shall be as follows:\n(a) For a hotel or SRO facility containing at least six but less than twenty-six rooms, twenty-five dollars;\n(b) For a hotel or SRO facility containing at least twenty-six but less than fifty-one rooms, fifty dollars;\n(c) For a hotel or SRO facility containing at least fifty-one but less than seventy-six rooms, seventy-five dollars;\n(d) For a hotel containing seventy-six or more rooms, one hundred dollars.","path":["Title 37 Health-Safety-Morals","Chapter 3731 Hotels"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3731.031","current_through":"2023-04-06 (House Bill 509 - 134th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:34Z","sha256":"e180e4c0ebc8f03ae212281799776d4c3402bf47ef4493a25ee7e2866aa51d20","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3731.03","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3731.04"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
