Code § 3733.47","heading":"Prosecutions.","body":"The attorney general, or the prosecuting attorney of the county, or the city director of law shall upon complaint of the licensor prosecute to termination or bring an action for a temporary restraining order or preliminary or permanent injunction against any person violating this chapter or the rules adopted thereunder.
