Code § 3742.071","heading":"Certifying results of lead risk assessment and options for reducing identified lead hazards.","body":"All of the following apply in the performance of activities by persons licensed under this chapter:\n(A) A lead risk assessor shall certify in writing the precise results of a lead risk assessment and options for reducing identified lead hazards.\n(B) A clearance technician may perform a clearance examination when the examination is in connection with activities other than a lead abatement project. A clearance examination performed in connection with a lead abatement project shall be performed only by a lead inspector or lead risk assessor.\n(C) The director of health may issue an immediate cease work order to a person licensed under this chapter if the director determines that the license holder is violating the terms or conditions of the license in a manner that endangers or materially impairs the health or well-being of an occupant of a residential unit, child care facility, or school or a person employed to perform lead abatement.","path":["Title 37 Health-Safety-Morals","Chapter 3742 Lead Abatement"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3742.071","current_through":"2005-05-18 (House Bill 11 - 125th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:34Z","sha256":"b12916ec6ce624da681b64788ee96b57a10e665aaf225902226fca9648411a19","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3742.07","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3742.08"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
