Code § 3742.10","heading":"Maintaining lists of licenses and training programs.","body":"(A) The director of health shall maintain a list of both of the following:\n(1) Lead inspectors, lead abatement contractors, lead risk assessors, lead abatement project designers, lead abatement workers, and clearance technicians licensed under this chapter;\n(2) Training programs approved under section 3742.08 of the Revised Code.\n(B) Information contained in any list maintained under this section is a public record for the purposes of section 149.43 of the Revised Code and is subject to inspection and copying under section 1347.08 of the Revised Code.","path":["Title 37 Health-Safety-Morals","Chapter 3742 Lead Abatement"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3742.10","current_through":"2003-04-07 (House Bill 248 - 124th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:34Z","sha256":"9120edd3d801166d6474aeb1a751d43345848052ab5c654aacdcf81599f74e4e","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3742.09","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3742.14"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
