Code § 3742.16","heading":"Disciplinary actions.","body":"In accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, the director of health may refuse to issue or renew, or may suspend or revoke, a license, an accreditation or certification, or an approval of any person, program, or laboratory for one or more of the following reasons:\n(A) Violation of any provision of this chapter or the rules adopted under it;\n(B) Failure to pay the fee for the issuance or renewal of a license, an accreditation or certification, or an approval;\n(C) Any material misrepresentation in an application for a license, an accreditation or certification, or an approval;\n(D) Interference with an investigation made pursuant to section 3742.35 of the Revised Code;\n(E) Failure to meet the licensing requirements established by rule adopted under section 3742.03 of the Revised Code;\n(F) Employment or use of lead abatement personnel that are not licensed under this chapter.","path":["Title 37 Health-Safety-Morals","Chapter 3742 Lead Abatement"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3742.16","current_through":"2003-04-07 (House Bill 248 - 124th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:34Z","sha256":"066c0c64483347db0b71dc6bd4df4b630755692436ae8837a79dee99efefc9d1","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3742.15","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3742.17"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
