Code § 3743.66","heading":"Limiting shipping or transporting.","body":"(A) No person shall transport fireworks in this state except in accordance with rules adopted by the fire marshal pursuant to section 3743.58 of the Revised Code.\n(B) As used in this division, \"fireworks\" includes only 1.3G and 1.4G fireworks.
