Code § 3772.121","heading":"Qualifications for gaming-related vendor license.","body":"(A) The commission may issue a gaming-related vendor's license under this chapter to an applicant who has:\n(1) Applied for the gaming-related vendor's license;\n(2) Paid a nonrefundable license fee as described in section 3772.17 of the Revised Code, which shall cover all actual costs generated by each licensee and all background checks;\n(3) Submitted two sets of the applicant's fingerprints; and\n(4) Been determined by the commission as eligible for a gaming-related vendor's license.\n(B) A gaming-related vendor shall furnish to the commission a list of all equipment, devices, and supplies offered for sale or lease in connection with casino games authorized under this chapter.\n(C) A gaming-related vendor's equipment, devices, or supplies that are used by a person in an unauthorized casino gaming operation shall be forfeited to the state.","path":["Title 37 Health-Safety-Morals","Chapter 3772 Casino Gaming"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3772.121","current_through":"2010-09-10 (House Bill 519 - 128th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:35Z","sha256":"4c60ecc522006c6988e8ed17e1e000088d3fd855c41e824aa204307aeaa0c576","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3772.12","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3772.13"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
