Code § 3781.103","heading":"Deadbolt locks or equivalent security locking device for swinging exit doors.","body":"The Ohio board of building standards shall adopt, pursuant to division (A) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, a rule requiring that the swinging exit door for each unit in an apartment building or other multi-unit dwelling that is subject to the rules authorized by division (A) of such section be equipped with a deadbolt or equivalent security locking device complying with standards prescribed by the board.
