Code § 3796.21","heading":"Rights of current laboratory license holders.","body":"(A) Notwithstanding any conflicting provision of the Revised Code, a licensed laboratory, including the holder of a current, valid laboratory license issued under this chapter before the effective date of this amendment, shall do both of the following:\n(1) Obtain medical marijuana and adult-use marijuana from one or more licensed cultivators, licensed processors, and licensed dispensaries;\n(2) Conduct testing in the manner specified in rules adopted under section 3796.03 of the Revised Code.\n(B) When testing medical marijuana or adult-use marijuana, a licensed laboratory shall do both of the following:\n(1) Test for potency, homogeneity, and contamination;\n(2) Prepare a report of the test results.","path":["Title 37 Health-Safety-Morals","Chapter 3796 Marijuana Control Program"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3796.21","current_through":"2026-03-20 (Senate Bill 56 - 136th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:35Z","sha256":"212c9a2259f7a236f1a79ff0d4b3c80b1b3b6ffffa6971ea3bbccf1bc9264e9c","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3796.20","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3796.22"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
