Code § 3901.042","heading":"Service and transaction fees.","body":"The superintendent of insurance may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code for the purpose of implementing amended substitute House Bill 478 of the 119th General Assembly, including rules that establish fees for any service or transaction that is required by that act. The rules shall specify each such service or transaction and the amount of the fee that is so charged.
