Code § 3903.89","heading":"Effectiveness of notice.","body":"Unless otherwise provided, all notices sent to an insurer by the superintendent of insurance that may result in regulatory action under sections 3903.81 to 3903.93 of the Revised Code shall be effective upon dispatch if transmitted by registered or certified mail.
