Code § 3905.75","heading":"Acts of agent deemed acts of insurer - examinations.","body":"(A) The acts of a managing general agent are deemed to be the acts of the insurer on whose behalf it is acting.\n(B) A managing general agent may be examined pursuant to section 3901.07 of the Revised Code as if it were the insurer.
