Code § 3919.17","heading":"Failure to file a statement.","body":"Any corporation, company, or association which fails or refuses to file a statement or report as required by section 3919.16 of the Revised Code, or whose treasurer fails to file a bond as required by law, shall forfeit its right to do business, which forfeiture the superintendent of insurance shall enforce by proceedings in quo warranto.
