Code § 3964.176","heading":"Duties of directors.","body":"The directors of a protected cell captive insurance company shall establish and maintain, or cause to be established and maintained, procedures to do all of the following:\n(A) Segregate cell assets and liabilities separate and separately identifiable from general assets and liabilities;\n(B) Segregate cell assets and liabilities of each protected cell separate and separately identifiable from cell assets and liabilities of any other protected cell;\n(C) Apportion or transfer, where relevant, assets and liabilities between protected cells or between protected cells and the general assets and liabilities of the protected cell captive insurance company.","path":["Title 39 Insurance","Chapter 3964 Captive Insurance Companies"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-3964.176","current_through":"2014-09-17 (House Bill 117 - 130th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:36Z","sha256":"fa2c26247fd5821a14f57f074d05e8697ec8368e9f31c51569a7eb56e9140115","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3964.175","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-3964.177"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
