Code § 4121.62","heading":"Contracts for rendition of rehabilitation services.","body":"(A) The authority granted to the administrator of workers' compensation pursuant to sections 4121.61 to 4121.69 of the Revised Code includes the authority to do all of the following:\n(1) Contract with any public or private person for the rendition of rehabilitation services;\n(2) Take actions and utilize money in the state insurance fund as necessary to obtain federal funds and assistance in the maximum amounts and most advantageous proportions and terms possible;\n(3) Conduct rehabilitation educational programs for employers and employees.\n(B) Nothing in sections 4121.61 to 4121.69 of the Revised Code shall be interpreted to grant authority to the administrator to require a claimant to utilize a public provider of rehabilitation services, counseling, or training.","path":["Title 41 Labor and Industry","Chapter 4121 Industrial Commission; Bureau Of Workers' Compensation"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-4121.62","current_through":"2009-09-29 (House Bill 15 - 128th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:36Z","sha256":"b60b7f43cec1db431d17b086a9acaaadf1803984c240a0e7afd0431eb2617d36","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4121.61","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4121.63"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
