Code § 4123.753","heading":"Service fee.","body":"An officer serving the process under sections 4123.751 and 4123.752 of the Revised Code upon the secretary of state shall pay to such secretary at the time of service a fee of two dollars, which fee shall be taxed as costs in the case.
