Code § 4123.99","heading":"Penalty.","body":"(A) Whoever violates section 4123.27 or 4123.28 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.\n(B) Whoever violates section 4123.50 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
