Code § 4139.05","heading":"Executive secretary - duties.","body":"The executive secretary of the council office has the following duties:\n(A) Encourage the voluntary participation of employers and employees in the furtherance of the objective of this chapter;\n(B) Register any apprenticeship programs and agreements that meet the minimum standards established by federal regulations and state rules governing the registered apprenticeship system;\n(C) Terminate or cancel in consultation with the apprenticeship council any registered apprenticeship programs and agreements not in compliance with the provisions of such standards;\n(D) Keep a record of apprenticeship programs and their disposition;\n(E) Devise and implement all procedures and minimum standards as are necessary for the administration of the registered apprenticeship system;\n(F) Implement administrative rules adopted by the director of job and family services as necessary for the administration of the registered apprenticeship system;\n(G) Prepare statistical reports regarding apprenticeship training;\n(H) Issue information related to apprenticeship;\n(I) Perform such other duties as appropriate under the applicable rules and regulations.","path":["Title 41 Labor and Industry","Chapter 4139 Apprenticeship Council"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-4139.05","current_through":"2012-09-24 (Senate Bill 316 - 129th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:36Z","sha256":"f54b614d5c793651434c53f5b00e103f5cf06457ea0181e0eb39107be3f69161","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4139.04","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4139.06"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
