Code § 4301.324","heading":"Local option - community facility.","body":"The electors of a municipal corporation or the unincorporated area of a township may exercise the privilege of local option on the sale of beer and any intoxicating liquor at a particular location within the municipal corporation or unincorporated area of the township if the use of the location is as a community facility.
