Code § 4303.14","heading":"D-2 permit.","body":"(A) Permit D-2 may be issued to the owner or operator of a hotel, of a retail food establishment or a food service operation licensed pursuant to Chapter 3717. of the Revised Code that operates as a restaurant for purposes of this chapter, or of a club, boat, or vessel, to sell cider, wine, and prepared and bottled cocktails, cordials, and other mixed beverages manufactured and distributed by holders of A-4 and B-4 permits at retail, either in glass or container, for consumption on the premises where sold.\n(B) A D-2 permit holder may also sell the following for consumption off the premises where sold and not for resale:\n(1) Wine in original packages;\n(2) Prepared and bottled cocktails, cordials, and other mixed beverages in original packages;\n(3) Cider, in original packages, or dispensed in containers with a capacity that does not exceed one gallon.\n(C) The fee for this permit is five hundred sixty-four dollars for each location, boat, or vessel.","path":["Title 43 Liquor","Chapter 4303 Liquor Permits"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-4303.14","current_through":"2022-03-23 (Senate Bill 102 - 134th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:37Z","sha256":"bf1b3206eb359cf6d5fbbe2ebc61a0a95afbb53e9145715542aa462cbd2b94de","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4303.13","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4303.141"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
