Code § 4303.99","heading":"Penalty.","body":"(A) Whoever violates section 4303.28 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one thousand nor more than twenty-five hundred dollars or imprisoned not less than six months nor more than one year.\n(B) Whoever violates section 4303.36 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars.\n(C) Whoever violates section 4303.37 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than fifty dollars.\n(D) Whoever violates division (D)(2) of section 4303.202 or division (C) of section 4303.208 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.\n(E)(1) Whoever violates division (B)(1) or (2) of section 4303.236 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.\n(2) If a person commits a second offense within one year after committing the first offense, the person shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars.\n(3) If a person commits a third or subsequent offense within one year after committing the first offense, the person shall be fined not more than five thousand dollars.","path":["Title 43 Liquor","Chapter 4303 Liquor Permits"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-4303.99","current_through":"2021-09-30 (House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:37Z","sha256":"0cbc6864d945f57e9e464a2cdb1a38c26feafea7497cbdb02ecff77a4804e33d","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4303.40","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4305.01"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
