Code § 4508.11","heading":"Enforcement.","body":"The attorney general, the prosecuting attorney of the county, or the city director of law, upon complaint of the director of public safety, shall prosecute to termination or bring an action for injunction against any person violating this chapter or the rules adopted under it.
