Code § 4713.081","heading":"Posting copies of infection control standards.","body":"(A) The state cosmetology and barber board shall furnish a copy of the infection control standards established by rules adopted under section 4713.08 of the Revised Code to both of the following:\n(1) Each individual or person to whom the board issues a practicing license, advanced license, license to operate a salon or school, or boutique services registration;\n(2) Each individual providing cosmetic therapy, massage therapy, or other professional service in a salon under section 4713.42 of the Revised Code.\n(B) A salon or school provided a copy of the infection control standards under division (A) of this section shall post the standards in a public and conspicuous place in the salon or school.","path":["Title 47 Occupations-Professions","Chapter 4713 Cosmetologists"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-4713.081","current_through":"2024-10-24 (House Bill 158 - 135th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:37Z","sha256":"ced6d30c929bc91851362916de929b6259fac1c40962890decac36c865035a09","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4713.08","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4713.082"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
