Code § 4725.231","heading":"Cease and desist order for unlicensed practice of optometry.","body":"The state vision professionals board may issue a cease-and-desist order against any person engaging in the practice of optometry without having received a license under sections 4725.01 to 4725.34 of the Revised Code that the board reasonably suspects has violated, is currently violating, or is about to violate this chapter.
