Code § 4725.67","heading":"Discrimination prohibited.","body":"The state vision professionals board and any committees established by the board shall not discriminate against an applicant or holder of a certificate of licensure, license, registration, or endorsement issued under this chapter because of the person's race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability as defined in section 4112.01 of the Revised Code, or age.
