Code § 4728.02","heading":"License requirements.","body":"(A) Except as provided in division (B) of this section, no person shall act as a precious metals dealer without first having obtained a license from the division of financial institutions in the department of commerce.\n(B) Notwithstanding any provision in this chapter to the contrary, a person holding a license as a pawnbroker pursuant to Chapter 4727. of the Revised Code may act as a precious metals dealer without being separately licensed pursuant to this chapter.
