Code § 4729.561","heading":"Suspension of license without hearing.","body":"If the state board of pharmacy determines that there is clear and convincing evidence that the method used to possess or distribute dangerous drugs by a person licensed under section 4729.52 of the Revised Code presents a danger of immediate and serious harm to others, the board may suspend without a hearing the person's license issued pursuant to that section. The board shall follow the procedure for suspension without a prior hearing in section 119.07 of the Revised Code.
