Code § 4729.691","heading":"Information regarding drug take-back programs.","body":"(A) The state board of pharmacy shall make available on its internet web site information regarding the drug take-back program established under section 4729.69 of the Revised Code. The information shall include all of the following:\n(1) A description of the drugs eligible for collection by participating entities;\n(2) A description of available options for collection, including take-back events and collection by receptacle or mail;\n(3) A directory of participating entities, including the address, telephone number, and hours of operation for each entity;\n(4) A list of take-back events, including the date, time, and location for each event.\n(B) The board may engage in other activities designed to promote public awareness of the drug take-back program.","path":["Title 47 Occupations-Professions","Chapter 4729 Pharmacists; Dangerous Drugs"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-4729.691","current_through":"2019-03-22 (Senate Bill 229 - 132nd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:37Z","sha256":"a83542859026e793dcb5249ed132f9d94d2d7d8690b4bf38e6f7dfa5e9587bb1","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4729.69","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4729.70"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
