Code § 4730.38","heading":"Recommendations for physician-delegated prescriptive authority.","body":"(A) The physician assistant policy committee of the state medical board shall, at such times the committee determines to be necessary, submit to the board recommendations regarding physician-delegated prescriptive authority for physician assistants. The committee's recommendations shall address both of the following:\n(1) Policy and procedures regarding physician-delegated prescriptive authority;\n(2) Any issue the committee considers necessary to assist the board in fulfilling its duty to adopt rules governing physician-delegated prescriptive authority.\n(B) Recommendations submitted under this section are subject to the procedures and time frames specified in division (C) of section 4730.06 of the Revised Code.","path":["Title 47 Occupations-Professions","Chapter 4730 Physician Assistants"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-4730.38","current_through":"2019-03-20 (Senate Bill 259 - 132nd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:37Z","sha256":"42c3ae5ecb1b91621117992f78ba531214c121a73ccad6c7fa0cbe4b00675a06","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4730.34","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4730.39"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
