Code § 4731.057","heading":"Rules regarding prescriptions for drugs that may be administered by pharmacist.","body":"As used in this section, \"physician\" means an individual authorized under this chapter to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery.\nThe state medical board shall adopt rules establishing standards and procedures to be followed by a physician when prescribing a drug that may be administered by a pharmacist pursuant to section 4729.45 of the Revised Code.
