Code § 4752.13","heading":"Certificate renewal.","body":"A certificate of registration issued under this chapter shall be renewed by the state board of pharmacy if the certificate holder is accredited by the joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations or another national accrediting body recognized by the board, as specified in rules adopted under section 4752.17 of the Revised Code.\nAn application for renewal of a certificate of registration shall be accompanied by the renewal fee established in rules adopted under section 4752.17 of the Revised Code.
