Code § 4757.07","heading":"Prohibiting discrimination.","body":"The counselor, social worker, and marriage and family therapist board and its professional standards committees shall not discriminate against any licensee, registrant, or applicant for a license or certificate of registration under this chapter because of the person's race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability as defined in section 4112.01 of the Revised Code, or age.
