Code § 4759.31","heading":"Delegate selection; licensee fee.","body":"(A) Not later than sixty days after the \"Dietitian Licensure Compact\" is entered into under section 4759.30 of the Revised Code, the state medical board, in accordance with section 8 of the compact, shall select one individual to serve as a delegate to the dietitian licensure compact commission created under the compact.
