Code § 4759.99","heading":"Penalty.","body":"Whoever violates section 4759.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender has been previously convicted once of a violation of section 4759.02 of the Revised Code, then the offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
