Code § 4760.04","heading":"Registration and issuance of license.","body":"If the state medical board determines under section 4760.03 of the Revised Code that an applicant meets the requirements for a license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant, the secretary of the board shall register the applicant as an anesthesiologist assistant and issue to the applicant a license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant.
