Code § 4772.06","heading":"Issuing license.","body":"If the state medical board determines under section 4772.04 of the Revised Code that an applicant meets the requirements for a license to practice as a certified mental health assistant, the secretary of the board shall register the applicant as a certified mental health assistant and issue to the applicant a license to practice as a certified mental health assistant.
