Code § 4774.04","heading":"Issuance of license - term.","body":"If the state medical board determines under section 4774.03 of the Revised Code that an applicant meets the requirements for a license to practice as a radiologist assistant, the secretary of the board shall register the applicant as a radiologist assistant and issue to the applicant a license to practice as a radiologist assistant.
