Code § 4781.22","heading":"Prohibited actions.","body":"No manufactured housing dealer licensed under this chapter shall do any of the following:\n(A) Directly or indirectly, solicit the sale of a manufactured home or mobile home through an interested person other than a salesperson licensed in the employ of a licensed dealer;\n(B) Pay any commission or compensation in any form to any person in connection with the sale of a manufactured home or mobile home unless the person is licensed as a salesperson in the employ of the dealer;\n(C) Fail to immediately notify the division of real estate upon termination of the employment of any person licensed as a salesperson to sell, display, offer for sale, or deal in manufactured homes or mobile homes for the dealer.","path":["Title 47 Occupations-Professions","Chapter 4781 Manufactured Homes"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-4781.22","current_through":"2018-01-21 (House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:38Z","sha256":"7f3534245fbe7cc86fa5628c1b2d7c27932440e8ebd518b207f87b937db9bd12","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4781.21","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4781.23"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
