Code § 4905.12","heading":"Forfeiture.","body":"A railroad company that violates section 4905.10, 4907.13, or 4907.15 of the Revised Code shall forfeit to the state one thousand dollars, and twenty-five dollars for each day the company fails to comply with a requirement of any such section.
