Code § 4905.304","heading":"Examining coal research and development costs incurred by gas or natural gas company.","body":"Once in every six months, the public utilities commission shall examine Ohio coal research and development costs incurred by a gas or natural gas company. The commission shall adopt a rule that:\n(A) Requires periodic reports, audits, and hearings and establishes investigative procedures for the purposes of this section;\n(B) Allows recovery on a uniform basis per unit of sale of the Ohio coal research and development costs incurred by a gas or natural gas company;\n(C) Requires the reporting of such data by gas and natural gas companies as the commission considers necessary for the purposes of this section.","path":["Title 49 Public Utilities","Chapter 4905 Public Utilities Commission - General Powers"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-4905.304","current_through":"1986-04-05 (House Bill 750 - 116th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:38Z","sha256":"7e48a092abe68e5cd119ebb5b71aae24638962ac93b9a5ef716cd83fe51454ed","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4905.303","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-4905.31"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
