Code § 4907.62","heading":"Punitive damages.","body":"If a railroad does, causes, or permits anything prohibited by Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4907., and 4909. of the Revised Code to be done, or omits doing anything required to be done by such chapters, such railroad is liable to the person, firm, or corporation injured thereby in treble the amount of damages sustained in consequence of such violation or omission.
