Code § 4928.104","heading":"Alternative billing for mercantile customers.","body":"(A) A competitive retail electric service supplier may offer alternative billing and payment structures as agreed upon in a service contract with a mercantile customer, without restriction to specific models, provided the supplier complies with applicable laws and regulations.
