Code § 4928.55","heading":"Energy efficiency and weatherization program.","body":"The director of job and family services shall establish an energy efficiency and weatherization program targeted, to the extent practicable, to high-cost, high-volume use structures occupied by customers eligible for the percentage of income payment plan program, with the goal of reducing the energy bills of the occupants.
